    Thank you all for the advice! I definitely plan to use a lot of it. I am talking to a buddy of mine and lords willing we plan to get down to the classic this year and meet as many people as possible. I appreciate all the out reach, tight lines guys

    Thanks, would you pair with a smoke 3 or a different reel? I’ve never used quantum. I own mostly lews but I know some people like quantum so I thought about giving it a shot

    What is everyone’s opinion on the quantum tour kvd deep cranking rod? Thought about getting one but open to other options. Need rod for 6xds and cranks that dive in that range. Thanks

    I have the Avid paired up with a Stradic FK and I love this setup. Running 10 pound power pro typically with an 8 pound seaguar Fluro leader and you could feel a fish fart on that thing. Very nice sensitive setup.

    I am looking for a deep cranking rod for 6xds. What’s everyone’s favorite rod to throw these on? Probably going to pair with a lews bb1 pro reel

    Looking at deep cranking setups for this year. mostly fish 6xds. Have my eyes on the okuma tcs Scott Martin rods and lews custom speed sticks but open to other options. Looking to pay around 100-200. Thanks in advance
