    That is because they are paid to use those brands and those brands only on tv. It’s a contract.

    I was told late August for first preorders. Those release dates are usually later than what they tell potential buyers. I suspect mine will come around November if I had to guess.

    I use a nrx 893 for weightless worms and light 1/8 oz weight texas rigged. It’s almost maxed out with 1/2oz weight on it. Would not make a good flipping rod. Unless you pitch tiny 1/4 oz jigs with no trailer, it is not the best jig rod either. It’s a light 3 power.

    I had a buddy brave enough to purchase 2 reels from Ali baba. One arrived doa and the other broke the 2nd fishing trip. They are far from “great” reels.
