  1. That's the positive about working swing shift, all the waters I want to fish during the week. Weekend wannabe's can fight for water. I like fishing with the few retired guys I see scattered about!
  2. Spro vote from me. Black popping frog, black regular frog. All you need.
  3. Depends on size. Smaller ones, bring em in the boat with long shank needle nose. Large ones, get as close as you can(boat of course) and give your pole a couple violent shakes(hung in a tree type shakes) try that a few times. If that fails, gator gets to wear some jewelry till it falls off. That's my methods. Actually had a huge gator in Lake Tiger off Kissimmee Chain almost break my dad's trolling motor off, because he told me, "don't fish that Spinnerbait by that gator". Needless to say we got the Spinnerbait back, but I sure thought that gator was a Log. ?
  4. Down deep, strip drag, and making constant runs until played out. Never had much headshake imo
  5. Croakhunter pretty well nailed it. But I'm gonna be the guy, have you tried big cranks?
  6. Take him the picture and ask him.?
  7. After you put buzzbait down, pick up a swim jig and fish through grass. YouTube Eufala Bass, plenty of videos on what to be throwing.
  8. So many lefties... Haha
  9. Not sure weight, but tiny buzzbait I have
  10. I wear Holbrooks steel Prizm. I like mine alot, driving, and I can see fish in the shallows good. Satisfied customer That being said I'm not a sunglass expert!
  11. Sure it is... If you have access to the water he does.?
  12. I'm partial. I replaced a Lew's and a Revo
  13. I do it all time. Fishing ain't catching! Record what the conditions were and what bait you used, and you know where to start next time!
  14. Look up Stephen C. Foster state park, those canals are slap full of Gators. We warmouth fish there, the alligators are so use to people you can almost fish beside them and they won't move. Sketchy stuff, but the fishing is good!
  15. Spinnerbait, Crankbaits, PopR would be my top 3
  16. What about a small buzzbait? I've got a tiny one, I'll take picture when I get off work.
  17. How small are we talking? I throw a popping bug on ultralights during the summer when rivers are low. We usually catch Bass, bream, warmouth etc..
  18. Whichever color the bait monkey says I need.
  19. Can't say, I don't throw any walking baits except a super fluke. I catch quality Bass with Poppers/Propbaits. For me, what triggers the big bites isn't so much the walking, but the pause. I'm the type if something works, I don't change. And walking the bait hasn't paid off for me personally.
  20. I've hooked them in central Fla under the water. Seems like I snag them with cranks more or less Most get hooked with topwater plugs and looking around not paying attention. I am guilty of enticing them too. I hate trying to get my lure back from a ticked off 6 footer ...
  21. This pic is for better size reference. Maybe I tiny bit long armed.?
  22. So your advocating internet bullying? 2 wrongs must make a right?
  23. No weight, just caught, pictured, released. Modified devils horse. Bank fishing around a dock!
  24. Devil's horse, prop bait. Dock fishing today
  25. @lo n slo man now that's a smart tattoo.
