I’m wanting the gps and sidescan while at the wheel, both for navigational purposes and to locate fish before dropping the trolling motor in the water. I have plans to upgrade the bow unit and network the units in the future, but that will have to wait. I understand your logic when it comes having the largest screen in the location where I’ll be spending the most time (front casting deck). Attempting to get the best of both worlds for now.

My boat has arrived! I placed my order the second week of January and got the call from Tracker March 20th. I’ve been quietly watching this forum since its creation. The information being shared has been really helpful in deciding to purchase and with researching upgrades, tips and tricks, etc. Thanks all for sharing. In Minnesota we got another 3 inches of snow overnight, so I’m stuck researching local lakes and boat upgrades. Has anyone opted to install a new console electronics unit with a ram mount, so that it can be spun around for viewing from the front casting deck? I plan to move the factory installed Lowrance to the bow, however that doesn’t help with GPS and mapping. I’m interested to hear what others have done.
