I am going to florida to fish for snook, redfish and anything else inshore, and am looking into a travel rod to take but I'm not sure what would be my best option for something less than $120 to use with artificial shrimp, 3.5in to 4.5in topwaters, and other plastics.
I will be going on a trip to Florida and am looking into a travel rod, but not sure what will suit my purposes the best while not breaking the bank. I have looked at the okuma nomad xpress and Citrix rids as well as tackle directs silver hook series.
I'm looking for a crankbait blank and found the liberty rod blanks for 40$ on sale. I am looking at the 7'3" medium/heavy moderate for 8-12ft divers. I was wondering if any one has felt/used these blanks?
You can't go wrong with a 6'6" or 7ft rod that's medium to medium heavy power and a fast action for most of your bass fishing.
For casting combos the Abu Garcia pro max is really solid for around 70 dollars.
I'm looking into a cranking blank for 6-12ft divers, I've been looking at the mhx 7ft mh mf and rainshadow revelation with the same specs. Has anyone used these blanks and do you have any other blank suggestions? Thanks for your input!
I have not been able to find any videos on how to install Fighting butts for split grips. What do you guys do, and what cork butts and parts do you use, and how to install them. Thanks a lot for the help.
I really love the curado I from shimano I have never used a K or 70. They $150 and the new citica is the same price. You also can't go wrong with the tatula ct ($130) which is great for flipping, and frogs.
