  1. wacky creek worm, small weightless fluke, inline spinner. I agree with the wee crawfish and Ned seems like it should work.
  2. the FITT darters are just like the ones Al used to make. Before Al sold the business I went to his house and bought all the darters he had. Since then I've had the chance to meet the new owners and check out their product and it's just as nice. You should also check out the crinkle worm, it is a deadly cold water lure.
  3. I live 10 minutes from Lake Nockamixon, it's a 20HP lake. When I want to fish it I tilt my 90 HP engine up and use my trolling motor. I'd rather be able to run and fish effectively when I go to other lakes. It depends really on where you plan to go. I go to Champlain, Candlewood and Onieda so I want an engine that can get me around those lakes.
  4. what launch will you be fishing out of? Lot's of good areas on the NB but some vary greatly from others
  5. Keep me posted where you find Megastink. I'm in Quakertown also so always looking for new/good areas.
  6. Fairview lake is right near Wallenpaupak - lot's of smallies and a much smaller lake
  7. Green pumpkin tubes for sure - if you launch from the campground they have plenty for sale in the trailer where you pay the launch fee. If not I like Cabin Creek or Wacky Worm tubes the best. 4.5-5.5 on the Harrisburg gauge is perfect fishing conditions for that area. Everyone else said the right lures. I stick to tubes, Keitech and hard jerk baits that time of year. Good luck to you
