  1. Thanks, I couldn’t find it online ?
  2. @MickD if the electrician wasn’t made aware of the problem, he most likely wouldn’t have looked for it. If you have an electric-water heater, an element could be leaking. If you have an old house, someone may have used a copper water line as a neutral(return path). I would need more info to troubleshoot it, but This is off topic to the OP, so PM me if you’d like, or perhaps a topic in “everything else”
  3. Sounds like the charger may have gone bad. Check all cables including the extension cord. Tripping a breaker or fuse indicates short circuit, GFCI indicates current traveling where it’s not supposed to. If you have current traveling on the ground conductor, that indicates a “ground fault”. ?. You didn’t fix the problem lol. Most commonly caused by corroded electric water water heater elements, poor neutral connection etc.
  4. You have to? Come on now, you know that is not always the case.
  5. Those are awesome! I Might have to get one or two done myself. ?. What size prints do you prefer?
  6. I pick up trash when I am out. But it let’s face it, you and I do our own part to pollute the lake, oil from the motor, soft plastics get shaken off, and hard baits caught on the bottom. I hardly use real senkos anymore, I hate seeing them fly off the hook.
  7. Sidewalk chalk you say? Never heard that, but sounds like it would be effective. You can can bulk buy desiccant packets on amazon. I’ve been meaning to do this for a couple of years now..
  8. I think what Drew is saying is that you can only make several for cheaper than several teckels
  9. I might be misreading the last statement, but I thought spring water had no oxygen?
  10. For me it’s a toss between the spinning reel and fly reel screaming
  11. Light tackle striper fishing, salmon in heavy current
  12. Sign me up! I’d throw that.
  13. ...knocks on wood... I suppose if you’re going to take it in the finger, it’s better on the knuckle than under the nail ☹️ What method did you use to get it out?
  14. My bass prefer the elusive “red shad” earthworms ?
  15. We are expecting 90+ Degree weather in the northeast this coming week and I thought I would reminisce... Dec 29 2017, -20F. Thick, black Sea smoke; These iPhone pics do no justice. this is looking strait to open ocean, I could see this black cloud 10 miles inland. It’s about a 1/4mile offshore and a couple hundred feet thick. The sun “rise” was 45 mins prior.
  16. I have a secret love for those. Ever seen one in spawning colors?
  17. just Curious, where did you live prior to Exeter? A 2lb bass (on the scale) isn’t a bad fish, but wouldn’t be “big” in any state. It’s possible the lake/s in your area have too many bass resulting in poor growth rate. Or the folks you talked to just don’t fish much and/or don’t know any better. Even the smaller lakes in my area that hold a ton of stunted 12-14” fish, there are still 5+lbers to be caught if you spend the time. Have you fished yet or just chatted with people?
  18. It may just be there version of “moderate”? Daiwa has a “regular” action
  19. Assuming your asking why, not when, the feathers make the hooks float up against the body.
  20. Why would you buy a helix 5 if the 12 is the same price. Somethings wrong here
  21. That site is suspicious to me, why are all the humminbird helix’s 5-12 $129?
  22. Are there no other ice fisherman here?
  23. This is too funny. That’s me on my days off and and not even 30 yet. I’m great at work until I need to walk to the work van to grab something. I give a blank stare into the van and grab something I might need later and get back to work.
  24. This^. Get a fishing buddy. My fishing buddy and I have had the best days on the water while getting skunked. Getting hung up in trees and losing lures can be downright hilarious with a good friend.
