  1. Yeah I read that review but that's about it can't really find any thing else to exciting about it? Starting to feel like I should have spent the 12 bucks on something else?
  2. Any one have any good experiences with this bait ? Seem a bit pricey for a squarebill I went ahead and ordered one because it looks cool and different not a cheap looking lure, I hope i get some good action out of this squarebill?
  3. Well @PatrickKnight I was really hoping nobody would mention that. Can't win them all?
  4. You do realize that the shimano nasci 3000 is only 8.7 ounces and the Diawa 3000 is 10 plus ounces don't you? Personally I don't like anything over 9 ounces for drop shot finesse fishing that's just my opinion. If I were using it for light salt water I wouldn't mind a heavier reel and I wouldn't mind using the bg in that case scenario. My personal favorite reel to use is my stradik c14 I just personally prefer lighter reels for bass fishing. And if you own both reels the nasci and the bg well there is a saying that we say here on bass resource " pics or it didn't happen "
  5. @Big-BassDid you pay retail for it? It looks sweet!
  6. Spinning reel on a casting rod? What a reproach! How could someone? jk
  7. The Abu Garcia orra sx is a really smooth reel and way lighter than the bg. Will the abu Garcia outlast the Diawa? No heck no. I do consider the bg However to be heavy if your looking into the 3000 size what is it like 10 plus ounces.
  8. Solid reel a bit heavy for my type of fishing. 9.3 ounces is not really that heavy at all for the 2500 but I've just been getting used to lighter and lighter so it's not for me but I know it's a smooth reel.
  9. Nicely done I wouldn't have passed that deal up either.
  10. I do believe he fished a few shows on the delta with nick the IF.
  11. Im sorry that you're brother is ill I hope you find a good spot.
  12. The bluebasser jig is cool i don't see to much difference in glens and j Franco but glens does have more orange and I like that and road warriors jig is classic black and blue out of all of them though I like glens seibertoutdoors jig the best.
  13. Water cream of weat sandwiches apple cookies chips gatorades bannas I don't believe in the banana curse hmm crackers.
  14. I like the popping action of rebel popr just a regular pop sound a good pop! I have a few different brands some a little higher end but a lot of the newer poppers are like chuggers or spitting or walking poppers I want a higher quality popper with that same action you get from a rebel popr? Anyone have a suggestion? Because so far for me the popr is the best!
  15. If you already have some white ice rods then I'm certain they will be similar so it's really your call?
  16. Abu vengeance rod is a good crankbait rod sensitive for such a bargain price.
  17. I'm not 100 on this but I think flair is fishing favorite rods now.
  18. I only use rage craws as trailers or grubs double tail grubs I don't like chunk trailers i don't know why, it's just me. Prefrance I suppose.
  19. Yeah it does have a medium feel to it making the medium feel like medium fast light.
  20. There go all my jigs
  21. This never happens at my Walmarts
  22. Rage craw
  23. I agree
  24. We have been making fun of this reel for the last year and I agree it's ridiculous and worthy of it being a joke, I can't help but want to try one out maybe take it apart. And count all the bearings?
  25. No brand loyalty here, I only use shimano reels but I wouldn't mind trying out Diawa reels. I have purchased abu rods duckett, st croix, Powell and the company that shall remain nameless but I look forward to trying dobyns next I haven't found that one company that I will completely stick to like I have with my shimano reels.
