I think your best bet would be a trailer to make it easier to load/unload. You have to keep the total weight in mind by the time its all rigged out, it all adds up quickly. My Native slayer weighs well over 100 the way its rigged. and after fishing all day in the summer heat its all I can do to get it loaded into my truck bed if I don't drive my Jeep and trailer.
I think above all else is to demo the kayaks your interested in if you have a dealer close-by or you can find anglers willing to let you try out their rigs if you use Facebook there are tons of owners groups etc. Welcome to BR, please always wear a PFD!
