I am also going to try pouring my own plastics and have made a plaster mold of a twister tail. What kind of plastic can be used to pour in the mold? I read in one of the articles on this site to use Plastisol, but I don't know anything about the product. Is this the same material as is used for silk screening shirts? Where can I get plastisol? Are there other products that can be used that are more readily available? I would appreciate any tips. Thanks, plexmidwest

New member today. This site is great! I am going to start making my own plastic baits & molds and I read an article in this site about using PLASTISOL for pouring the baits. Is this the main ingredient, and is it the same PLASTISOL that is used in silk screening for t-shirts? Are there other products or substitutes that can be used as well? Thanks - plexmidwest
