  1. Yeah the problem I have is no local stores around here carry anything good!! I wish I could hold them. I want the MH rod but idk if it’s fast. It said it’s reg-fast whatever that is
  2. Yeah I would love to but idk. 200-300$ is about max I wanna spend. I did like that Shimano poison adrenA though ! Looks amazing
  3. To bad nobody has it in stock!!
  4. Why are they always out!! Must be good
  5. Wow those look amazing ! A little pricey though .. was trying to stick between 200-300$ but wow!! Those things look amazing !
  6. Well a MH/F rod is good for all the techniques I listed. I use 3/8 up to 3/4 oz jigs , t rigs , spinnerbaits etc as I mentioned. I wouldn’t use a different rod for all those.
  7. So I have been looking all winter for my first true higher end rod. I own a dobyns fury, irod genesis and a g loomis e6x. Lower end stuff I guess. I have been researching as much as I can and would like to know good opinions on a higher end rod. I have it narrowed down to either ALX Zolo series , Kistler KLX , Shimano expride or the Shimano Zodias, Daiwa tatula elite series. I am going to use it for an all around rod. 7 ft to 7 ft 5 MH/F action. Mainly for jigs, spinnerbaits, chatterbaits and T rigs.. if anyone has good and bad of each. I know a lot comes down to “personal belief” but there has to be one great rod between these.
  8. Kistler 21% off at TW!!
  9. I think my life goal is to have what you have lol
  10. I second this !! Any vision 110 honestly but the vision 110 in the perch colors or the Elegy bone is fiiiiirreee!!
  11. That’s what I was hoping. I just figured maybe because it just thawed a few days ago it would freeze again super fast
  12. Sooo two of the inland lakes around me have been thawed for about 3 days and temps into the 50s. Now we have two days of last cold weather. today it’s snowing and 28 degrees and tomorrow is supposed to be 36 and sunny but a low of 28 at night. About 15 mph winds. But then Tuesday and from now on it shows 50 and higher with sun. Do you think the lake would re freeze in those two cold days ?? Or could I possibley get to go out wedsndsy or maybe this weekend with temps into the 50s
  13. War eagle spinnerbaits! With a keitech trailer !
  14. You can pretty much use a baitcaxter for anything. I use them for weightless soft plastics up to 2 oz swimbaits. Generally though most people use them for jigs , T rigs , harder setting hook type presentations, frogging.
  15. Welcome aboard and I think everyone wants a number in line for that key ha
  16. New PB!! Congrats haha
  17. 24 hours later!! And the time has finally come ! Woohoo , idk if I’ll catch anything but just to get a line wet will be amazing
  18. Wow that’s huge! Just looked at the specs and dang! Almost 44 inches wide and 17 feet long, I bet that’s pretty stable.
  19. What kind of hobie is that?!
  20. Just drove to one of my smaller inland lakes and it’s about 1/2 thawed!! Supposed to be 48 today with 41 for he low and tomorrow is supposed to be 55 and sun but followed by 2 days of 34 degree temps, after that it shows steady week of 50s and 40 for the low. I’m hoping by next week it will all be thawed !
  21. Well thanks , I think I will give them a call tomorrow and if anything I’ll take ajays advice and order 2
  22. The stores around here don’t carry the bibs I’m looking at or I would.. I wish more tackle stores around here had stuff
  23. I’m about to order a pair of bibs to complete my rain gear Arsenal. The STORMR. Nano pants but I’m wondering if I should size up. I usually wear a size 36 jeans and they fit comfortable. The size chart shows that a Large is size 34-36 and an XL is 38-40. I’m wondering if sizing up is better if I’m going to be layering underneath .. or just go with the L size
  24. I have never ever drop shotted .. I always want to but I find other things work better I guess MAN I love watching blowups !
  25. Megabass vision 110, suspending or find a slow rising jerkbaits. Just count out how long you pause and vary it until you get bit. Once you get a bite then keep replicating that. My go tos now are jerkbaits, lipless cranks or finesse jigs. Sometimes you have to pause the jerk for 10 seconds but it works.
