Cavitron, Strike King, Santone, Picasso Rusty Squeaker in 3/8oz size mostly. Colors: Black W/Red Blade, White, White/Chartreuse, Chartreuse I've tried a couple soft body frogs on a couple buzzbaits, they are hit & miss on the action/rigging on a buzzbaits.

Picked up a new spinning rod.

Sending my package out tomorrow.

Build quality is really nice and balanced great with reel mounted on rod you can hold rod/reel with one finger. I wish they had more model choices with cork grip. I'd say the rod action is stiffer compared to Dobyns or Falcon rods. Can't wait until next season to test them out.

Received 2 new rods from FX Custom Rods a couple weeks ago.

I mainly replace hooks on certain baits that I know don't have higher quality hooks.

They had 20% discount sale over a week ago, but they will be having some good sales on select items soon for Christmas.

I have always had great warranties from all fishing companies that I've used so far. I had great warranty service on one of my Daiwa reels. Falcon, Dobyns, Kistler have always provided great warranty service on their rods.

Got my goody box today, also have a spinning rod to wait for yet.

I only use snaps on crankbaits and no difference in catching fish. I also have never had a snap break/fail, I normally use a #0 size.

I've never used a 704, but I've mainly used 703 & 734. Dobyns rods feel real nice in hand, very nicely balanced rod/reel. I think most people consider the 734 rod actions that you can use for so many different baits.

734C would probably be the best choice for Dobyns rods, it is probably one of the most popular rod model. I have used one Falcon Expert rod they are also nice rods also. I'll tell you both companies have great warranties/service. Many sellers are having good sales so check those out too.

Just placed my order on TW, I had a $50.00 gift card to spend, ended up spending $176.90. Then after that I had to buy a new spinning rod.

Yeah I purchased a couple on Sportsman Outfitters also to save a few bucks plus I had a extra $10.00 discount on top of that. Well I guess if Sportsman's runs out of stock someone could still buy from FX or if they want any other merch?
