  1. Something came up and i couldn't make it Friday, i went Saturday. I had a good time, got to listen to Tim Horton speak witch was interesting. It also helped the cabin fever to get out talk to some guys about fishing and buy some new lures. -matt-
  2. It looks like Ike is using his new rod. -matt-
  3. Saw this at a fishing show, seems like a good idea for keeping scents away from your carpet or clothes. Also seems it would be good for dipping while flipping and pitching. Anyone using it? http://dandydipper.com/ -matt-
  4. Taylor, it would probably be easier to help you if you gave us an idea on the amount of money you would like to spend. I just bought a Humminbird 768 from cabelas, has 640x320 resolution and is GPS. It is on sale for $299 from $500. http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/links/link.jsp?id=0075168020954a&type=product&cmCat=SEARCHFEAT_all&returnPage=search-results1.jsp&Ntk=Product_liberal&QueryText=humminbird+768&sort=all&Go.y=0&N=0&Nty=1&hasJS=true&_dyncharset=ISO-8859-1&_DARGS=/cabelas/en/common/search/search-box.jsp.form23&Go.x=0 If you dont need GPS i would go with a humminbird 570, it has 640x320 resolution http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/links/link.jsp?id=0075705021109a&type=product&cmCat=SEARCH_all&returnPage=search-results1.jsp&Ntt=570&Ntk=Products&sort=all&Go.y=0&N=0&Nty=1&hasJS=true&_dyncharset=ISO-8859-1&_DARGS=/cabelas/en/common/search/search-box.jsp.form1&Go.x=0 -matt-

  12. About 6 months ago i was trying to drink and i could not keep the water from spilling out of my mouth. Novocain was exactly what it felt like, the whole right side of my face was paralyzed. The next day i went to the doctor, he prescribed me medicine to take and told me no lifting or stressful situations. Almost a month later i woke up and it was gone. I was lucky, and hope the same to you. good luck -matt-
  13. Well it is deff. getting smaller every year. I went sunday there were no seminars related to bass fishing, other than a light tackle striper seminar. Some small tackle stands which seemed to make quality stuff. Grizz Baits and England Brothers Bait CO both making jigs and spinner baits. Hopefully the Worcester, MA show will be better. Mark Zona and Tim Horton will be there. I was hoping for Ike, KVD, and Ish like they had last year. -matt-

x2 I am currently a Criminal Justice student and have read quite a few Criminal cases on this subject. In Massachusetts it is called the Castle Law. IMO it protects the criminal more than the victim. Do your research on the law, understand what you are expected to do before you pull the trigger. Someone busting in your door, isnt reasonable fear for your life, being at gunpoint is. Also check your law on where you can legally store your weapon, in some states it must be in a locked cabinet. That being said, I have a 100lb Chocolate lab, then last resort is my Remington 870 Supermag, locked in my room in a safe. 3 1/2", 12 guage should be suffecient. -matt-
  15. Yeah, ill be there Sunday. -matt-

  18. I have the 7'2" Pitch and Skip, i like it alot, i use it for jigs in heavy cover, small swim baits, big ribbon tail worms, and frogs. Rod has plenty of power when frog fishing in the thick and its sensitivity is great. For 90$ its a great rod. -matt-

  22. So was this a post to prove that you were right the whole time and shame on the people that "personally attacked you"? :-? : :) OR Was this a post about the technical data of power pro? How about we just use the braid we like. why does it matter what has more strands, or what it is made of, if you like power pro use it, fireline, or any other braid. im not a big fan of threads created to cause drama... jmo -matt-
