  1. we had a rainy day. Only 11 boats. took 9-11 to win it and me and my brother had four fish for 4-10 and left a 5lber and a 2lber in the lake. overall the tournament was a complete success and we cant wait to see it grow
  2. Hey guys! The JMU Bass Fishing club is putting on its first annual fundraiser tournament this Saturday, May 6th at Anna Point Marina on Lake Anna VA. Come out for a great tournament with great prizes and cash payouts!! $110 entry fee. Call or text Blake Miles at (804)920-0596 for more information. 5. Hey guys! I am new to here, but a fairly experienced as a fisherman. I am fishing on the college series now as the founding president of the JMU Bass fishing Club. I am from Richmond VA and love the James River and Chickahominy River. I would love to be a part of the community! Thanks, Blake
  6. Thank you, I will get on the introducing myself. The water temp was 66-68 everywhere I went. I am worried that with all of the rain the fish will pull off the beds. If there is any tips as to color or anything you can give me I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
  7. Hello all, I am new here but any help that could be given to me would be greatly appreciated. I am a James River local and have a tournament next weekend on Smith Mountain out of Parkway Marina. I went to the lake on Friday and it was not easy. It was beautiful, but i tried fishing some long points and nothing was going on so I switched to what i know best, skipping and flipping docks and shallow wood. We could not find a pattern to save our lives. If anyone has any pointers or locations to catch them I could really use it. And I am no opposed to making decent run. Thank you for your time and help!
