Growing up in Deerfield Beach, fishing was great. Huge Snook, Tarpon, to the east. Largemouth Bass to the west. I try to take at least one weekend a year, and fish the flats of Chokoloskee Island with my closest friends who still live in the Deerfield Beach area. I love fishing, but I love catching them more.

  1. I have an Offshore Angler GC50B that needs repair, does anyone have the schematics for this reel. The reel was made by Outdoor World for BassPro Shops. Any suggestions?
  2. A good balance is 5 spinning outfits: to 1 bait-cast outfit. Ultra-Lite to Medium Heavy: I use my Spinning equipment. I use my bait-caster when I'm trolling, or throwing a heavy crank bait. But like everyone has been saying, it's personal feel, like an opinion, everyone's got one.
  3. My favorite soft baits are available at your local wally world. For 30yrs I've fished 'Culprit' worms, by far a great value. The colors are eye catching too. 'Yum' and 'Zoom' for critters, lizards, frogs, and creatures. As far as lures go, once again you can't beat the value of wally world. Rapala minnows and jointed are great.
