  1. I use the same headlamp that I using for hunting with green, red, and white light options.
  2. CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY! Toho is a bigger lake system and has more bass, but density of bass/big bass is higher on Stick Marsh/Farm pond, but both are great double digit potential lakes.
  3. You can get used ones for $400 in great shape, so if you fix yours for $200 than you are still saving $200 over replacement cost, so yes its worth it.
  4. Since the beginning of the year? HUNDREDS. I would hate to live north of the Florida line, must be horrible for fisherman up North!
  5. Stick Marsh is sick, anyone and I mean anyone can go out there and have a potential for a double digit, put in a week from Nov. thru March and if you don't have one your doing something wrong. 5 fish limit 25lbs, easy cheesy!
  6. As viruses evolve some will become more virulent and events like this will occur more and more often. With international travel and the ease in which residents can leave our country, travel abroad freely, and bring disease back to our country its UNSTOPPABLE, without developing protocols. The price to freely travel abroad to regions where outbreaks are likely possible is worth it though, right....in the name of freedom? Think "12 Monkeys" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBNMEwNx9x4
  7. Looked like some cloud cover was coming in, how'd you do with the later bite?
  8. I always try to keep my tanks filled, always add Stabil and oil of choice to recommended ratio. I usually top off at the gas station after the or just prior to trip and then add oil after pumping. That way you don't have to worry about it since you know exactly the volume you pumped and can add mixing oil and stabilizer accordingly. Also keeping tanks filled keeps condensation from building up on fuel tanks walls and mixing water into your fuel. Buy this and keep it in your boat or truck and be done with it. http://www.amazon.com/Ratio-Premix-Mixing-2-Stroke-Measuring/dp/B0088PR5BQ/ref=sr_1_sc_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1399116217&sr=8-3-spell&keywords=gas+iol+premix+measure
  9. If you listen to the podcast I posted German is one of the top languages to speak for $$$
  10. http://freakonomics.com/2014/03/06/is-learning-a-foreign-language-really-worth-it-a-new-freakonomics-radio-podcast/
  11. Falo Inlges, Espanhol, e Portugues.
  12. Congrats to you Leo and Mike! Thanks for sharing the "spots" I was out there prior to tournament week! I went out once with Mike and another with Justin prior to Sunday and we put the smack down on them too, over 32 and 25 respectively!
  13. I was out there this Sunday, white Bullet boat. We ended up with a two 5lbs and the rest were under 1 1/2 lbs total of 10-12 fishing was SLOW, had to cover tons of water to get them. Topwater was not the ticket unless you wanted to catch BOWFIN, if we had a mudfish tournament we would have weighed in 25lbs, lol!
  14. Good thing I don't tournament fish...... SHHHH!
  15. ^^^Cool^^^ but give the slightly slower, but much cooler Porsche!
  16. Big Top Gear Fan, they hate everything American it seems. Describes our muscle cars as Killer Whales cool to look at, but don't want to own one.
  17. Redline what do you think? 0-60 in 2.5s that is Motorcycle fast! https://autos.yahoo.com/blogs/motoramic/driving-a--900-000-porsche-918-spyder-to-the-future-191710414.html
  18. I run AMSOIL and buy oil often enough to join their preferred customer list and to get special pricing works out to about $23 for Injector Synthetic after shipping and fees
  19. 1. Clean if dirty with http://www.amazon.com/s?ie=UTF8&page=1&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Amagic%20erasers 2. Seal with http://www.u-40.com/corkseal.html One coat is all you need. Some manufactures seal cork prior to selling, others don't you can ask the manufacturer, since only one coat is recommended on initial seal.
  20. Forget the DD (10lb club), try for a teenER!
  21. Haven't tried the Denali, but the rods you mentioned are price point rods, that won't impress you much. I would stick to the Crucial of the bunch and if not save money and get yourself a once and done flipping rod..... Dobyns Champion Extreme DC795FLIP, St. Croix Legend Tournament TBC711HMF Loomis BCFR894 GLX Rods that last a lifetime and come with lifetime warranties and believe me in FLORIDA you will use it more than you think! Welcome to the fishing capital of the WORLD, by the way.... GO NOLES! Down with the GATORS!
  22. Nice fish, I've been fishing 35+ years and still have to land anything exceeding the 10lb mark!
  23. Those 1 PM weigh-ins save the HEAT factor from setting in! Mike did well today in King of Glades tourney at Holiday Park, I am sure he'll post something.
