Does anyone know when the slx will be available to purchase.. I heard that they will have a slx rod and reel combo to purchase that will be a little cheaper than buying the rod and reel separate.. any one know if that is true??
New to drop shop fishing, wanted a setup just for that. Iv only used baitcasters and was wanting a spinning setup. Iv bought 8 new rod and reels the last month ( been working a lot of overtime) and this will be my last setup so I was wanting to spend around $100 for a rod and $100 for a reel.. was thinking about a St. Croix Bass x MLXF 6”10 with a Diawa Fuego LT 2500D XH? Any suggestions on my pick
I have my ct-r on St. Croix Mojo for topwater, dobny colt with shimano for rattletrap. Z bone for football jigs, kistler helium for weightless senkos with curado k, my citica with all star for Texas rig
So I currently have 2 kistler rods. 1 z bone and 1 helium. I have a St. Croix Mojo and Dobny Colt and 2 All Stars Rods.. As far as reels go I have a shimano citica and curado k, Dawai Tatula CT and CT-R and shimano Caenan. Trying to find two more setups would like any suggestions..All my setups are baitcasters. Trying to stay under $200 per rod/reel
I already own the Tatula CT and Fuego and shimano Casita, Iv had my eye on the Lews LFS and tournament. Was looking to pick up something Farley cheap for a backup like the LFS but now I’m wondering if I should spend the extra money and get the Lews Tournament MB???
Great comments guys!
As far as reels I only use is shimano and Daiwa
Rods is Kister. Kistler is my #1 go to rod then St. Croix and G. Loomis.. Iv been seeing a lot of good reviews on Dobyns I personally have never used one but interested in trying one out.. any suggestions on which rod to try.. I mainly do texas rig, jigs and poppers??
