  1. The shape of the lead head puts more weight lower so it tends to track truer. I prefer the banana head shape when fishing wood and brush...seems to hangup less.
  2. Nice work, the craw pattern colors are great. Airbrushing lures is like Crack....once you start you're hooked.
  3. Take a hot glue gun and put a drop of glue on the weight and stick it in the area of the lure you want to permanently insert the weight. Drop your lure in a clear bowl full of water and you'll be able to see the effect the weight has on the lure. As far as the action goes you'll need an aquarium big enough to swim the lure. There are some great videos on youtube showing how that works.
  4. Just paint and dip. You probably could find a better clear coat ...its pretty hard to work with...sometimes wrinkles paint and gives off some awful fumes.
