    Grab a BPS Pro Qualifier at the spring sale.They will be dirt cheap(about 50$) from what I hear to make room for the PQ2.Throw it on a 7'3" MH Veritas 2.0 and you have a capable frog and light pitching/flipping rod for about 130 bucks.

    Needs a different rod.If your throwing stuff into the slop with a M power rod and 30# braid and he hooks into a 5# fish with 10# of weeds on top of it,either the rod or the braid is going to give.Probably the rod.

    are you talking soft paddle tail swim baits or hard bodied 3oz swim baits? Big difference.Soft your talking 7' MM to 7' MHF with a lure rating of 1/4-1oz and the other your talking 7'4"+ HF with a lure rating of 1/2-2oz+. throw a 3oz swimbait on a 7' MM a few times and see how long that rod lasts.

    I just picked up a Jackall SK pop Grande.I haven't used it yet though.

    This is exactly what I was going to say.Its a weighted tube hook but the weight is in place of the screwlock.Plus its Owner.

    I have both.It makes no difference to me.The full cork looks pretty nice though.
