  1. Was only out for a little over an hour.Caught one dink on my 3rd cast,so i avoided a skunking.Fared better than the kayakers who weren't catching anything.I'm wondering if the weather the last 2 days but them on the beds.Water has to be considerably warmer.I only had 2 bites the entire time. The guys in the kayaks didn't come close enough to ask if they saw the bass bedding.I fear we may have hit spawn already though.
  2. 100% sandbagging.Celtics look like garbage tonight against the Bulls. They dont stand a chance against the Cavs.
  3. Just use the google machine.Tons of videos
  4. According to the page it only fits 100 yards of 12# But should still get 80-85 yds of 14

  6. Absolutely.Krug,Carlo,Krejci being out kills us.They can't clear their own zone to save their lives either. Way to much zone time for the opposing teams
  7. It was looking quite pre-spawnish the other day.small ones up on the shore and i was hammering them with a jig about 20 feet from shore so they were up shallow feeding.Another 80 degree day today so it wont be long before its full on spawn.
  8. Buy what you find comfortable.Just because so and so likes the Zodias, doesn't mean you will too.Get your hands on a few and play with them in the store.
  9. My chatters are in my 3700 Flambeau jig box too. I keep my spinners in a sandwich baggie and bring the ones im using with me.
  10. Bruins blew that game last night.Chara taking that delay of game with 12 seconds to go was a bone headed move.
  11. I was going to say bite a rage tail in half
  12. Once you get it down, that sideways wrist flick will become your friend.I almost never cast overhand with a baitcaster.Use the correct weighted lures, let the rod do the work.If the rod loads properly and your keep ithe cast under control, you can bomb a lure with a simple wrist flick. If your trying to throw it across the pond you'll be picking your line out a lot.Like @Fishin' Fool said.Keep it controlled, take it easy and that lure will go plenty far.
  13. Click the thumb bar, keep pressure on the spool with your thumb.Make cast,Thumb goes back on the spool right before the lure hits the water.
  14. Chances are your throwing these on spinning gear.Small diameter braid digging comes on baitcasters.
  15. I use 12#Yo-Zuri on my jig rod.No issues whatsoever
  16. SK Plus for 30 bucks.
  17. I'm out right now.Not a single bite in an hour so far.Throwing a jig/craw,jerkbait and swimming a grub on a ball head.
  18. Check out the Gen 2 Black. They make a 6'7" MF that's excellent.I'm 6'2" and the short handle on that rod works nicely even from the bank.
  19. Supervisor/Process Technician for an injection molding company. We make plastic buckets and pans for fish and scallops. So i work in the the fishing industry.
  20. To me that's two different rods.7'MM on the cranks and a 6'7" MF for the topwater.
  21. Yep just re tip it.The glue and tip kit only costs a few bucks.Heat the tip up a LITTLE bit go get the glue warm enough to pull off and put the new one on.
