  1. Thank you wiring it with the accessory wake up will be the easiest way for me and pretty fool proof. I didn't even think about using that.
  2. Hello, I have just purchased the boat in a box from tackle warehouse which includes two HDS 7 lowrance fish finders a one point antenna and a nmea starter kit. I already have two gen 1 HDS units that were installed on the boat so I have power to the fish finders my problem is adding switched power to the nmea system I'm not sure the correct way to go about this. I do not have any available switches to add this to a switched power source. Can I power the fish finder and nmea network off of the same switch or what is the correct way to add more accessory switches. I would like to get a better grasp on this before I dive into the wiring for the boat. Thanks Cody
  3. Sorry I haven't replied in a while I've been working on getting new electronics for my boat. I will definitely have some within questions in the near future.
  4. Boy i would love to know how. Im not even sure what baits to throw at stonewall, i know the lakes filled with crappie and bluegill. Now trying to figure out what baits best imitate what the bass are eating is my problem.
  5. Thanks everyone, Hopefully i can learn some useful information so i can be more productive on new water. Fishballer06 i would really like to be able to figure out the secret to stonewall. Had a friend in the state tournament catch something around a 9# largemouth. I never have any luck at stonewall my personal best there is 2.5# - 3# and usually just one a day.
  6. Hello all, My name is Cody and I live in crentral WV. I have been fishing since I was little, but just recently got into a lot more in the passed couple of years. The two bodies of water I fish predominantly is Stonewall Jackson Lake and the Mon River. I have just recently purchased a new to me 1992 Ranger 481 with a 175 evinrude and love it. I'm looking to gain a lot of knowledge from the members here and can't wait to get started.
