  1. Nice bass!
  2. Nice resume. I kind of have a small problem with posting them on here though because now how many people will see your resume and copy their resume to be like yours? Again I think you really need something to make it unique. Right now I represent Jackall Lures, Gamma, Kaenon Polarized Sunglasses, Reel Grip, and Sure-Life (Please Relase Me) and they all receive hundreds of requests for sponsorship each week. Just at the Lunker's Fishing Extravaganza this past weekend over 30 people approached the rep about being a part of the Jackall promotional staff. When they get resumes they quickly scan over them and glance towards who your references are within the industry. So what I am saying is make something to catch their attention and remember yours, but don't have them filled up with photos and things because you can easily over do it. It's not at all about winning or doing well, it's all about making them the American $$$. You have a good resume though if you can personally meet the right person at a show or another event I believe this resume has a lot of potential.
  3. BASS is set on keeping the Classic just how it is. The Classic is the Super Bowl of bass fishing and it makes sense to kick off the season with the biggest tournament and allow companies an excellent opportunity to establish new products early in the year. You'll see quite a bit of new things at each of the Classic Expos. The show this year was pretty large and a lot of new products were selling like crazy!
  4. There is a new site out there that is getting to be awesome when it comes to that kind of thing. Thesite is www.angling-technologies.com
  5. I agree with you guys. That bass is not 13 pounds. The bass looks to me like he might go around 8 pounds but not much more than that. I just caught a 5-6 pound bass today in the fridged cold and he was just a tad bit smaller than that one he's holding. I like to have proof of a catch on a bass that big, like the Jed Dickerson fish in 2003.
  6. In my opinion this bass will stand as the world record because it was the largest one ever caught. I respect Mac so much for following the rules and putting back that monster bass because it sounds like many people would have broken the lake rules and kept him just to have everything certified but then the record would have been tossed out because rules were violated. I don't see why so many people are upset about this becoming the world record. I just think that a lot of people are jelous and can't stand that they didn't break the record themselves. Great job Mac and a very classy move! I respect your decision 100% and you've got the record in my book!
  7. I'd leave everything open for sponsorships. If you join in at the basic level you have a better chance of working your way up through the ranks.
  8. I say that we take Jimmy's weapons away and throw him in that high fenced area with about 15 horny bucks and tinks doe-in-heat all over his a**
