  1. Cousin Eddie is a metal head. Me, not so much.
  2. Must’ve been some serious weather if you had your Crocs in 4x4. ?
  3. I’m not up to speed on Humminbird anymore but when Helix first came out you couldn’t network unless they had the N in the model like your Helix G3.
  4. Pocket change for Mr. Duckett
  5. Hank got a much needed brushing today and a trim. ?
  6. Well dam. Your picture with the grandson said you were going to Washington island, I thought maybe you bought the whole island. Cart before the horse I guess.
  7. Cool pic grandpa
  8. He’s in Sturgeon Bay right now. I’m willing to bet if he won he wouldn’t be going back to Chicago. ? Is there a thunderstorm in the forecast? We matched two numbers.
  9. Well someone in the Chicago area won it. Should I start building my boat today? ?
  10. You mentioned your wife’s cancer in her spine, I had two types, Hodgkin lymphoma and non Hodgkin lymphoma. The non Hodgkin was in my bone marrow and spinal fluid. I’ve been through several spinal taps and bone marrow draws, and chemo injections into the spinal fluid. Maybe related, maybe not. Just throwing that out there.
  11. Having beaten stage 4 cancer it’s an emotional roller coaster. When I was diagnosed at 19 I was in college on my way to a good life! Then bam! I went through the just give up phase at the beginning, then after a few days it was we’re going to roll with the punches, then I’m going to beat this. My parents were basket cases (rightfully so) but after the initial shock wore off I kept a positive attitude and here I am 20 years later. A positive attitude is everything! I feel that she’s going through the initial emotions we all do and she’s starting to come around. Being told you have cancer is something no one and I mean no one can understand until you’ve been told that. PM me if you’d like to go more in depth with this conversation. No two cancer diagnosis are the same but at the end of the day we can all relate in some way.
  12. I like Miller Lite and I like pickles so it’s safe to say I’m full of p**s and vinegar! ?
  13. I change it up from time to time, just look at the “who’s drinking thread” the proof is there. Baby steps. ?
  14. Me and heights have an odd relationship. I never had an issue climbing trees as a kid. Back when I did roofing single story houses up to a 5/12 pitch were fine but don’t go to the edge. Two story house wasn’t a big fan of. When we did siding, 10-12’ no big deal, above that climbing and extension ladder from the wobbly middle and up didn’t like it one bit. I did it was was super slow above the middle. No issues looking out the windows of big buildings, no issues flying. The big thing I do not like is change. I am a creature of habit and I’m not a big fan of venturing outside my comfort zone. I try not to hate because it uses too much energy but I do hate change.
  15. Deal
  16. Well you guys made me go down the internet rabbit hole, and Michigan does now allow winners to remain anonymous. In fact, the third largest jackpot was won in 2021 by a Michigan resident and that person has remained anonymous. So if I win I’ll remain anonymous, but I’ll let everyone on here know. I trust everyone on here will stay quiet, all 73,553 of you. ?
  17. If you pay a lawyer enough I’d bet there’s ways around it. With that kind of coin it’s a chance I’d take.
  18. I still get last chance emails after 5-6 years now
  19. I’d say you’re our lucky charm. What’s your PayPal info? We’ll start a BR lottery pool and send you all the money for you to buy the tickets for us. If you’ve been bitten by a shark too I’ll double what I send you! ?
  20. I can’t stay out of trouble with one. 2 or 3 and there’d be one less member on Bassresource.
  21. Me either. ?
  22. Rubbing alcohol gets rid of it.
  23. I don’t get it either and I hate gambling with a passion, but when it gets this big I pick up a ticket and tell the wife to grab one. We’d probably all be more miserable with all that money and the problems and extra relatives that would come with it. ?
  24. I do it from time to time and it happens in the same spot as you. When you’re in the heat of the moment trying to pull in a big bass you don’t think about the ensuing pain.
  25. I’d be lobbying for a head coaching job at your school that’s for sure! You have a great group of girls who obviously have a great coach!
