My dad actually mentioned it to me last night as we were texting about the Bills scenario. My dad was 20 back then. He remembers it.

They did just say he’s in critical condition, so hopefully he pulls through.

That would be the right call and I think that’s what’s going to happen. I don’t see how any of them on either team could be in the right frame of mind to play.

As everyone knows I’m a Bills fan. That being said, the Lions have been playing their hearts out (with the exception of last week ?) and I’d like to see them at least make it to the playoffs. @gimruis your Vikings sure didn’t help that situation one bit today!

They were sloppy on both sides of the ball the entire game. The second half looked better, but still had plenty of poor decisions that really hurt them. As far as Georgia and OSU, I didn’t expect this.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying they deserved to win. They sure made a ton of mistakes that cost them the game.

He hit him at the base of his skull. I didn’t pay attention to where the line of scrimmage was, and where the potential forward lateral took place. I know the play went backwards quite a bit. Are you sure it was a forward lateral?

Maybe I’m chewing on sour grapes, but that was a touchdown in the 1st quarter, yeah Michigan ? the bed when they fumbled next play. And that was the perfect definition of targeting. That being said, Michigan play a sloppy game!

We have one in Michigan’s UP where you can see around 50’ deep and there are some giant trout in there!

I’m not setting the bar high and keeping it simple in 2023. Non fishing: I’m going to try and slow life down especially when it comes to work. Fishing: Get out and fish. I didn’t launch the boat once this year. The past couple years I’ve replied to threads like this and set goals and I’ve pretty much failed at all those goals. I’m not afraid to fail one bit because even with failure you learn and I’ve learned, maybe not as much as I would’ve liked to, but that’s something I think I’ll always battle with. I’m doing a hard reset in ‘23 and only setting one goal fishing related and that’s to simply fish.

Or the F35. Both are pretty awesome machines, but both are single seaters so they used the F18 so they could get the cockpit views while in flight. The F22 did make an appearance a couple times in the movie.
