Welcome to Bassresource.
Take a minute to swing by the Introductions forum and introduce yourself.
My son has a Mach Crush combo and really likes it. I’m an Abu and Daiwa guy myself. All three have affordable combos available.
Ripped jeans, minor starvation badge….if that’s the case we need to send food to a certain member from Indiana right away! He doesn’t have much time left! ?
Welcome to the forums. Feel free to stop by the introduction section and tell us a little about yourself. I see you’re from Michigan. I’m from the middle of the mitten.
Now for your question. What kind of distance are you getting now and what are you throwing to get the distance? My son has had your same reel going on two years now with zero issues.
I remember one year on the Louisiana delta people in air boats were driving by and blowing air on the anglers and some were shooting guns (not at them thankfully). Some people don’t want anglers in their territory.
Your first bass and it’s only 1lb shy of my PB.
Welcome, you’ll find plenty of info and great people here that’ll help you catch those monsters Texas has to offer.
Back when we were teenagers a few of us went to a friends farm to chase pheasants. One of our friends had a German Shorthair and within .5 seconds of getting out of the truck she had a chicken in her mouth. ?
Warmouth is what the little guy is. Three spines on the anal fin and 10 on the dorsal. They are fun to catch and if you get into a group of them they’ll keep you busy! They have little man syndrome. Another identifier is they have a rough patch on their tongue.
More rain, thunderstorms, wind, warmth. I’m really thinking about launching the boat this weekend and hitting a small lake. A little easier to knock the rust off that way. ?
I’ve had to call them once regarding a transducer issue which they helped diagnose. I had a great experience with them as well. I don’t think I’ve heard anyone of anyone having a bad experience with Garmin customer service.
