Are you going to get any of this rain?

No sub zero or winter weather for that matter. It's going to be in the 50's maybe even 60! But there's a catch....RAIN and a ton of it! Rain for the next 48 hours and up to 4" in some areas. Add in that we have anywhere from 4" to over a foot of frost and there's no place for the water to go quickly. Recipe for disaster for some people. ?

Sorry for your losses. I had just turned 19, 4 weeks into college, and was going to live life like most college kids. I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. While having to quit college, go through chemo and radiation, really sucked it woke me up! Life is way too short to stress, get bent out of shape, worry about things out of your control. There's only 2 guarantees in life. Death and taxes. So after coming out on the winning end of my battle with cancer, I told myself life is way too short! While it would be fun to run around like a wild mustang and live the single life, do whatever I wanted whenever, and party like there's no tomorrow. There's the finer things in life. I won my fight in 2003, married my wife in 2006, my son was born in 2010. With my treatment kids were a roll of the dice, my son was 9 weeks early and spent 52 days in the hospital. Nothing has ever came easy for us 3. But we're on the right side of the grass and enjoying life. Enjoy the new boat, enjoy the cigar, enjoy the drink, and order that rod. Life's too short order 2! ?

This is probably correct. There is a boat for sale down the road from me. It's a 175 TXW, 2013 with only a 50 go, $400 fish finder and the guy is asking $17,500!! What's even worse is this boat has sat out by the road all day and night since April! The only way somebody is asking this price is because he's never sober or like you said that's what he owes. It's a nice boat and I'd offer $10-11k for it but I worry about the seats, carpet, and reaction from him when I cut his price by almost $7k.

Not sure if you guys have Dish but I do and mine didn't record and we've had a few shows not record lately because it didn't say it was a new show. I've caught it a few times before it was too late.

I'd jump on that if I were you. I was quoted here in Michigan just over $19k out the door. The only add on was a cover and that was with the 60 on the back.

Mine didn't record either. I have Dish and it showed it was a rerun of the Arkansas event. It's on right now.

This is my GP as well. He is also a flock guardian. They were bread to guard sheep (hence the color of GO's) and other livestock for up to a week by themselves. They aren't supposed to seek the acceptance of humans but my dog Hank missed that memo. He'll grab your arm or stick his about under your arm and make you pet him. You mentioned yours is a rescue. After we rescued Hank I researched the breed and it's sad that there are a ton of GP rescues because people hear guard dog, or the big white beautiful dog is cool. They stick them outside at night...guess what these guys are nocturnal and will bark all night if left outside, so a lot of people get rid of them. They also like to roam to 'check the parameter. I'm guessing yours also falls into this category. All in all he's the best dog I've ever owned. Flock guardians aren't for eveyone, and research should be done before getting any animal. I'll always own one from now on.

My dogs are lacking in the intelligence department. One's old and lazy. The female is crazy and bosses the other two around. And my GP is basically a bull in a China shop in my house. I once met a dog that would open the fridge and get you a beer if you asked him. Pretty cool to see. He was a lab and they tend to be way smarter than pugs and GP's are stubborn and think for themselves. Sums it up right here.
