Here I am with two weeks on paid time off I need to burn up before the end of the year so I wish I would have burned more up fishing. My big thing I’ve mentioned in past threads, I wish I would have gotten off the bank, and I wish I would have spent more time graphing.

The best thing to do is educate yourself by watching videos like you did. Russell Marine is a great source and seem to be honest.

UHD stands for Ultra High Definition. The frequency is quite a bit higher than the standard Echomap transducer So the images will naturally be better. I haven’t personally used a UHD transducer but I hear it’s quite a bit better, but nothing like MEGA imaging the Humminbird has, but is quite a bit better the Lowrance. Everything that you get with this $599 package you can’t beat hands down, it doesn’t matter if the images are better than MEGA imaging or not.

Good call! I do know the difference, I’m not sure why I said whatever you want to call them, must be one too many Miller Lites. I spent two years on a dairy farm building barns and a parlor, so I know the difference. ??

I don’t know a dang thing about Lowrance, but have you tried Russell Marine products, The GPS Store, My Green Outdoors, BBG Marine just to name a few?

I have no problem slapping a heifer, bull whatever you want to call them up side the head (done it quite a few times) up side the head but the minuet I see a snake or any alligator I’d scream like a little girl!

I’ve lived in small town USA forever, so I guess it’s hard for me to wrap my brain around. I guess it’s like this, my regional manager was saying last year, “if I take you country boys and stick you in our downtown Chicago operation and you see crack heads all over you’d be a tad nervous.
