Bummer you couldn’t get anything to bite, but cool you saw plenty of scorable bass.
Is it normal for the bass to be that shallow when the water is that cold?
My lake was completely frozen all day today with the exception of the inlet.
I’ve had the same experience. I’m not sure if it’s a minor glitch, because mine have been or random harmless posts. I too just report it and my post quickly becomes visible. One time the mod I reported it too noticed before I had the chance to PM him.
I just got the Academy Sports terminal storage box Friday. This is my first and seems to be pretty nice, and it was only $12 (I believe) on Black Friday.

Ahh yes the Davey Hite one I watched a couple months ago while scarfing down a little lunch. There must be some pretty fertile lakes in the Kzoo area.
One of these days I’d like to venture down and fish Zona’s lake he lives on, I guess there are some decent smallmouth in there.
Well it left Lansing at 2:04 am. Probably on a plane to North Korea with the way things are going.
Obviously it’s not Academy’s fault because they got it out less than 24 hours from ordering it, but I’m still going to email them and make them aware.
Garmin
I am a Garmin guy, but at the end of the day it’s a Ford vs Chevy deal. You really can’t go wrong, each one has their own perk. Educate yourself and research on line that way the decision is all yours and you’ll be better off having made it all on your own.
Must be because if you look it was out for delivery at 7:36 am then arrived in Orleans at 7:40 am. Stanton (where I live) is 30-35 minutes from Orleans but made it there in 4 minutes.
I’m glad to see I’m not alone.
There’s a couple wind farms about 30-45 minutes east of me but none around here...yet.
My company has the contract to locate the electric lines at the ones east of me so there’s potential for more work for us in the future over here.
I get what you’re saying and my boat is under powered especially if I have 3 adults in it which I never do because it’s too small. If I added 15 hp would that little bit really make a difference?
I’m only two years into having a bigger boat, so honest question. At only a 15 hp difference from what I’ve read you’re gaining maybe 5 mph but the price difference is a few grand. So besides resale what’s the gain by going 15 hp bigger? In my uneducated brain I understand a 50 plus hp increase but I’m not so certain 15 hp can justify the increased cost.
