  1. Dropshot Spinnerbait Chatterbait Jig Crankbait
  2. You can probably get the guide fixed at your local rod and reel servicer. They are good about responding to emails so hit them up.
  3. If a buffalo damages your bass gear it wasn’t good bass gear to begin with. BPS and Shimano have quality gear so you are good.
  4. I would go with the CT, i would have one if they made it for lefties.
  5. I don’t have any issues with distance with my Tatula SV. Just take note that the SV has a shallow spool. I use 16# flouro and there is plenty of room for great casting distance. If u don’t like the shallow spool you can always get the Fuego CT, Tatula CT, or Tatula CT Type R.
  6. I don’t touch anything I just fish them. I’m not versed on the mechanical side of reels so I wouldn’t be able to tell if anything was wrong inter ally for the most part.
  7. For jigs and t rigs I would suggest the SV.
  8. Daiwa Ballistic LT 2500 or the bigger sizes if you prefer
  9. I’m gonna give that a shot
  10. The CT Type R and SV had 2 CRBBs. I don’t see any mention of those for this reel. At $200 I would expect CRBBs if not I may have to pass unless they make a left hand reel with a 5 speed gear ratio.
  11. Sounds like you have a bad knot on the spool that is slipping or broke.
  12. I got 3 CT Type Rs and 2 SVs. Phenomenal workhorse reels and a stellar breaking system. I recommend the Tatula SV or Zillion SV for what u are trying to use it for. I feel like the newer line of Tatulas that came out are are lacking the quality that all the CT frame Tatulas have.
  13. Should be fine. I throw my wacky rigs on casting with 40# braid and a 16# fluorocarbon leader.
  14. It won’t save you any money.
  15. You might be scared of the boogie man
  16. I used 15# braid and an 8# flouro leader for drop shotting.
  17. What bait were u fishing with the hook? Was the hook bent after losing the fish? As @redmexican5081 said there are a lot of possible reason as to why you missed. What kind of gear were you using?
  18. I have a few HPTs casting and spinning. They fish very well from my experience. Only thing that bums me out is I paid $150 for my HPTs and now they are $110. I’ll def get more for that price.
  19. 16# flouro for spinnerbaits and 40# braid for buzzbaits
  20. You can get really creative with it and do everything you mentioned. Shallow grass flats is were it really shines.
  21. InvisX will have more stretch and manage alot better. Red label gets the job done but you will need to be able to manage it well.
