  1. I have friends that swear by CBD oil and I see no downside to trying it. Many Dr's will also prescribe anti-inflammatory for short periods while you stretch and strengthen.
  2. Some leave flowers, I think otherwise
  3. Today was the quickest my partner and I figured out the post spawn pattern and the mag-Ned and neco filled the boat with several over 3 lbs And my partner got a new PB with a 6.7
  4. I have it and love it. I also have it in my Garmins.
  5. Not sure if other state have this, but NH has a life-long hunting and fishing license if purchased before a child turns 1 year old. It cost 300.00 and that's it for life. A great gift for the kid who would rather play with a box instead of the toy it came in. I was lead to believe many states have this, so take a look..... ...Note, the only requirement is a hunters safety course when they get older
  6. I have a few GLX'S and thought the same, and was wrong. If felt different in hand and I was sceptical.......additionally, I don't know anyone who has paid sticker for them. For open water cast where I need sensitivity it's the conquest 7'6, when accuracy is imparitive, a 7 gets the call.
  7. .....And they would be wrong
  8. I am in 4 camps. 1 like fishing with someone as passionate as me 2 like taking novice and youngsters to relive and share early experiencees 3 Never miss an opportunity to fish with family 4 really love being alone....and I usually have better results
  9. I have the 903 and it is a Trig rod. Truth be told, I reach for my 7 footers more. I love the MBR flex and the sensitivity of the Conquest is unsurpassed. I don't think you need to spend a lot on moving bait techniques.
  10. Shield 9mm, 99% of the time. Easy to conceal even in the Summer
  11. @Glenn thanks for taking the time ?
  12. Columbia may be the best bang for the buck and is always on sale somewhere. Orvis is expensive, but the most comfortable for me
  13. Today my buddy and I used the same bait most of the day. Granted, I had the bow, but did not take all the targets as I wanted him to have fun. He caught 2, 1 lb'ers and I got 10......most over 2 lbs and 1 over 4. Sometimes it's just the sutilties....
  14. If I am using GY baits, I used 2 crossed 0 rings and keep it perpendicular the bait
  15. 10 SM this AM with a 4.1 LM on a FAT IKA. The Bass God's are smiling on "Golden Pond"
  16. Several locals have given you good advice, you should take it, regardless of what you heard. They speak the truth and I can attest to it
  17. I have seen this randomly and recently and was told it was dur to the extra ordinary amount of pollen sinking because of surface wind. Locals say this is the worst they have seen in decades. I was not aware it was possible as I also thought thermocline, but is would be the easiest I have seen. Our water Temps are mid 60's
  18. People with foot, knee, hip or back problems are likely to spend more than those who don’t. Custom orthotics cost more up front and are often covered my insurance, but allow you to spend less on sneakers since your not relying on them for support. Most folks don’t replace sneakers enough. They wear them till they are worn out, but they pack out in 6 months. I usually pay around 100 but use orthotics.
  19. A couple years ago I was thinking the same and went St Croix and would do the same again. Not dissing the Avid, just prefer the SC edit....senior moment...meant x over the avid
  20. Best day of the year so far....12 over 3lbs in 3 hours all on a Fat IKA, with the best best being just below PB at 5.7 lbs for the North East
  21. I have been rigging upside down like a palm tree. The back with Bl, is almost identical to craw that’s been regurgitated. Been using a red standard Grammy 4/0 EWG offset with the working end bent slightly out so it is parallel the shank. I have some owners and others on the way to experiment with. The owner is slightly shorter and I am planning to add a nail in the summer
  22. A fine morning playing with SM on Squam....All on a fat ika
