  1. I do that too. People always want to meet you there but have one heck of a time answering the door
  2. That’s what I do! Like making a tiny staircase
  3. There’s folks out there a lot better than me to help with that question but we just got a Jackson liska for my fiancé for 30% off which put it right in your price range. It’s heavy though, I think just under 90 lbs. The Malibu stealth looked like a prettt sweet boat when I googled and it and I think it was under 70 lbs
  4. I know nothing of this model kayak but all the add ons that he’s throwing in cost quite a bit so it sounds like a good price. It all sounds Very heavy though
  5. It brings them back up to 12.7 or 12.8 volts overnight from almost any condition. I have a big charger on wheels if I need it but the 3 amp maintainer has kept me fishing several times a week for years on the same batteries
  6. Old town canoes are probably the best boats on the planet. I don’t own one but I’ve paddled many, they are awesome in every way. There’s a fella up in the north woods, @A-Jay, that catches a fish or two out of a square back old town canoe........
  7. I fish waaaaaayyy too slow . But I can’t help it
  8. A 15-20 lb striper on 4 lb mono and 5 ft ugly stick. My fiancé also caught this 22.5 inch smallmouth on the same combo that might have been pushing 6lbs
  9. Awesome fish! The dog is a nice addition to the pic haha
  10. Lucky for me, spending the entire day on the water is my favorite thing in the world
  11. Nice fish @Team9nine! I, like you, only use braid for frogs and thick grass. The cover is mostly rocks and wood in my area
  12. Looks like wheeler just ran away with the FLW on his home lake. He had a 9.9 lb yesterday and just got a 7.89 on a DT20. His unofficial 4 day weight is hovering around 94 lbs
  13. We are having some folks over for a fish fry so me and my buddy went to set some limb lines up a small tributary river in kayaks. Most of them were plagued by wild acrobatic gar, and The gar also interfered with rod and reel fishing as evidenced in the video
  14. Ever wondered what sound a skunk makes?
  15. Those tv shows about man eating fish are completely silly and fabricated in my opinion
  16. Yes because that’s a giant PITA nowadays
  17. ^like he said, Luckily they haven’t breached the Cumberland plateau and smoky mountains, we are cottonmouth free in East Tennessee!
  18. Redbreast sunfish I had to consult the authority to figure it out myself, I knew it was either red breast or long ear. Apparently redbreast can have red fin tips and longear does not
  19. When you say blade baits, do you mean like a silver buddy or an under spin? 3/8 oz is on the light end for a silver buddy type blade bait
  20. Shake the heck out of the rod tip while you reel it back
  21. Hahah! Ticks an leeches are just part of the fun...... mosquitos are always the worst, at least in the moment. And then there’s chiggers........
  22. You would need to drive a semi truck to the pond.....
  23. What bothers me the most when bank fishing is not having my boat
  24. The best part about summer wading? Wearing shorts and tennis shoes royally angers all the trout guys. I love watching smoke come out of their ears when I wade. I can just hear them sitting by their $10,000 outdoor fireplace sipping Johnny Walker blue and saying “some %€<*+ waded through the river in tennis shoes and shorts! The nerve!!!”
