Haha. If it’s still pumping water , it’s still a functioning water pump. So far the OP still hasn’t stated that he runs it dry. He could use muffs, garbage can of water, or just pop the key to see if the battery is hot
I can! I’ve got unlimited supply of that haha. I fished 14 hours the other day and I think we got 5 bass between the two of us. I didn’t want to go home when it got dark
You’re a better man than I! I don’t even like thinking about school since I finished in ‘07. The only time I come near anything school related is when the skunks and groundhogs get under the portables haha.
The tail waters I fish go up and down everyday and are littered with floating logs. I’ve hit plenty and had some L/Us stuck on pretty hard that needed “persuading”
i think @Jermination had a similar issue and he solved it by recalibrating. Or at least I thought that’s what he said, my computer triangulation days are long gone haha
I’ve accidentally started mine several times with the foot up out of the water. I’m not recommending it, but I’ve done it. I fish shallow rivers and need the foot up while fishing. I busted a whole gear case while floating down river casting one time because the motor was about halfway down. Just make sure your boat is peeing every single time before you hammer down
I’ve caught several bass with @Bluebasser86 bladed jig with no trailer. Do the pike hook up on the bait or just bite the trailer off? I’ve only caught one pike but it was fun and had surprisingly tasty meat for a slimy stinky fish. I will be up north in early fall next year and I wouldn’t mind tangling with some of them, never thought to throw chatter bait for pike
Football and basketball are the only sports that make money and that money is what funds all the other sports like hockey, swimming, etc. Without football season this year, I imagine a lot of smaller sports with have to temporarily be shut down. So the “money grab” is exactly what they need
Clear water is green on TVA lakes. And you live on one of the clearest ones around haha. Chilhowee of Fontana would be good ones for you to try , the little T is the clearest water I know around here
