  1. My 2016 ZX225 that this forum helped me pick out.
  2. I bought the skeeter. Couldn’t be happier.
  3. Mine is 18’5” and I’d sell it for $5500 as is. I’m all but ready to pull the trigger on a newer longer boat.
  4. I paid $6200 for it 3-4 years ago. It’s bern a great boat. Ol Merc 2 stroke still runs great. I had to add a couple fish finders and fix a live well but overall zero complaints. What size boat are you looking for?
  5. I played college football. Wrestling has its plus’s but he’ll get more girlfriends playing football.
  6. I have a 2003 Triton and couldn’t imagine finding another boat better around that year. Everyone has opinions and their personal loves. My advice is to find a boat that has the options you want as much as possible at the price range. Some upgrades ppl have done theirselves. A boat and a motor and a loaded boat are $10k in difference.
  7. 2013 Legend Alpha 211 SRC Has a Merc 2 stroke 250 2016 Phoenix 819 Has a Merc 200 2 stroke 2015 Nitro Z-8 Pro Has a Merc 250 2015 Skeeter zX225 Has a Yamaha 225 Nitro has all anyone would want added on. Legend is really close and has the best look to me. Phoenix is a little smaller without power poles but is a nice boat. Skeeter is nice overall. What’s your honest unbiased opinions. All within $1,500 of each other.
  8. If I didn't go everyone would call talking about how much everyone weighed in. If I go I usually find out they lied the week before. Lol
  9. I played college football. That my squad OU. Football-fb. I was number 90.
  10. I love all my local spots within an hour of my house but I take the wife, camper, and boat every spring and fall for around 4-5 days to further spots that I hear or read about. It's fun.
  11. Love my shaky head and a 7" black ribbon tail worm. I dip the rail in different colors and scents. If I can find a drop off or a weed bed I feel confident I'll catch a fish or two.
  12. I try to take a 4 or 5 day trip to somewhere I've read there is good bass fishing that isn't a huge lake. Went to Big Hill Resevoir by Cherryvale, Ks last year. Had a blast. Caught my top 3 or 4 smallies. Going to Sardis this year in SE Oklahoma. Looking at google earth preparing for my trip and I noticed an island that looks like a cemetery. Anyone seen this in person? Is it an island cemetery? Any spots I should fish? PM if you want. I'm 4 hours from there and won't steal your honey holes.
  13. I had a game warden here in northern Oklahoma tell me an average largemouth grows a little less than one pound per year here. I'm sure it's different in different areas.
  14. If someone asks me what I'm catching them on I'll tell them every time. I want everyone to have fun. If they ask where I caught them I tell them I caught them all in the mouth. I try not to give up my spots. And if if someone were to go through my stuff I would slowly break their fingers.
  15. Anyone in that area know of anything?
