  1. My helix is full of waypoints and I cannot add anymore waypoints. I separated my waypoints on hummingbird pc into 2 groups. I've been trying to download a single group on a SD card and for some reason it loads all the waypoints ( both groups) on the SD card. What am I doing wrong?
  2. What site is this
  3. I had the same problem when I started drop shotting. I was using a vmc spin shot hook. After reading a couple post, people stated that they were losing fish on the sponsor also and went with a Gamakatsu, vmc mosquit, or the robohook. I used the vmc and just reeled into the fish. The hook is almost always in the roof of the mouth and my hook up ratio is probably around 98%!
  4. I've been using their tungsten for over 8 years. Their prices are way lower than any you can buy in the US.
  5. Thank you. I really didn't think it was that simple ?
  6. I looked online and it said #5x2. I am not sure what thex2 means
  7. You have a couple options. I use the owner #3 with 3/0 owner ewg hook. It swings freely. The problem with this is I use it to punch weeds and the braid sometimes gets caught in the split ring. I've learned to deal with it. You can also use a light wire hook to get it to swing more freely. If your not fishing weeds, you can use a swivel also.
  8. Anybody have any idea what size square head for the screws on a daiwa tatula sv?
  9. I really surprised at some of the responses. I'm sure some are just a Ford vs Chevy thing. I have had all the reels listed, but the scorpion dc. I sold them all 2 mgl and the dc. I am now the owner of 6 zillions. I do have a 18 bantam that I have on my punching rod that I love
  10. We are looking at purchasing a handgun for my wife. I hoping for some recommendations from guys on what there wife's shoot. My wife is on the short side but a very active person. Thanks
  11. Looking for a weekend camping trip in October. Which lake in PA would you suggest?
  12. I believe (could be wrong) that he is referring to the crimped vs soldering theory. Many believe soldering is the best possible way to make a solid connection. That is not how the automobile and aviation industry look at it. Airplanes and automobiles do not soldering wires anymore. The reason behind this is the vibration can cause a soldered connection to Crack or become brittle. With the new waterproof crimps it offers a more solid connection. Before this turns into a solder vs crimping war, I am just stating what I have read and could care less how anyone connects their wires
  13. I wanted to try something new so I decid to fish Promiseland yesterday. It's a shallow, clear and weedy lake. You have Tobe careful navigating the lake as there is submerged wood everywhere, about 1'below the surface. Igot there early and started with a whopper plopper. 2 hrs and 29 pickerel later I finally caught a bass. It took about 2 hrs to figure out where they were and then it was on! The bucks were on the beds and the females were within about 3' of the bed. Had a great time. In my remaining 6 hrs I caught well over 30 bass and most of them keepers. Most of the keepers were around 3 pounds and biggest went 4 and 3/4 pounds.
  14. I saw in a video. A pro using fabric softener on braid. I gotta tell you it works great. My line doesn't did in (as much) and the braid definitely feels smoother!
