  1. So I have 2 poles as of right now. I have 7' medium heavy baitcaster with 20 pound mono. I have 6'6 spinning pole with 8 pound mono. I fish frogs, spooks, buzzbaits, spinnerbaits, chatterbaits, crankbaits, Texas rigged plastics and jigs. I fished almost every thing on the bc with mono except the light Texas rigs. Now I am buying a new pole. My local store only sells braid and mono. So I guess I'll put braid on it. What size pole should I get and what lures should I use with mono and which one with braid/leader. Thanks.
  2. I have a 7 foot medium heavy baitcaster with 30 pound braid. I also have a medium lite action spinning setup with 15 pound braid. I fish mostly large ponds (50 acres). I fish walking baits, frogs, spinnerbaits, chatterbaits, square bills, shallow cranks , lipless cranks, jigs, and texas rig worms ect. what size pole should I get. I am putting 15 pound mono on the new pole. I usually fish the light Texas rigs on the spinning. And everything else on the braid. Now that I can have two baitcasters(one with mono and one with braid) which lures should be fished on Mono and which ones on braid. Thanks
  3. I have 2 poles. 7 foot Medium heavy baitcaster and 6'6 lite action spinning setup. I have 30 pound braid on the baitcaster and 15 on the spinning. I use walking baits, frogs, buzz baits, spinnerbaits, chatterbaits, jigs, and texas rig worms. Which baits would I need leaders on?
  4. One more question. If I was to use braid on both, which baits would I need a leader for?
  5. Thank you. Which lures would you recommend for each pole?
  6. I don't have the money to buy anymore poles. I have a 7 foot medium heavy baitcaster and a 6'6 light action spinning setup. I fish mostly large ponds (50 acres). I fish walking baits, frogs, buzz baits, spinnerbaits, chatterbaits, jigs, and texas rig worms ect. Water is usually lightly stained. What line do your recommended for each pole? Thanks
