I like Catt truly appreciate baits that Stanley designed. In my own bait designs I come up with what are great engineering ideas only to find out Stanley was making them 10 yeats ago. He was not given the level of credit I believe he deserved.

Generally you can go up or down at least one size with Do-It molds. If you really want the answer I suggest you buy the mold from Barlow's tackle. You can call and they will check to see if the hook fits. This and the fact that they list alternative hooks for a mold is why I like them.

Not even sure how many Ned heads I have made in the past two years? Do not pour lead indoors for safety. The mold will pay for itself in no time and the hooks are inexpensive.

No but I did get stopped the very first day fishing in PA as an adult. They have a law that you have to display your license which I was not aware of.

I disagree that soft plastics are cheaper than hard baits. Not sure about everyone else but I rarely lose any hardbaits? On a good bite I can go through $20+ in flick shake worms in a day.

If they still work as intended I will use them. Otherwise they are thrown on the deck to be reused as something else or melted down for jig trailers. I have way too many soft plastics to be screwing around trying to save a single bait.

One of my best presentations for clear water. Cola is my favorite color with watermelon pepper coming in second. Heads are 1/8 or 3/32 which I started making my own.

Around here we have a saying that any color buzzbait works as long as its white. Most of mine are white and black with a couple misc ones thrown into the mix.
