  1. If there is one thing i know for certain, it is how my lures feel without fish on them ....
  2. I would venture to say that there is no difference. I have both the Original and Super Salt Plus Trick Worms and they are the same ..... Salted and they both Sink!
  3. The three i am using this time of year ...... Strike King - KVD Sexy Splash Jr. .... Clear Water Minnow Heddon - Super Spook Jr. .... Bone Yo-Zuri - 3DB Prop Prism .... Ghost Shad After this ... I wave the White Flag!
  4. I think an argument could be made that Shore Fishermen learn to let the bait soak and not be so quick to real in and fire at the next available target because their options are limited ..... A quality that leaves me at times and for that, my catch rate suffers.
  5. 30 years ago, shore fishermen where a big part of our club tournaments. Our river system had many so called "Honey Holes" that fished best from shore .... silence can be deadly! Needless to say, the shore fishermen where tough to beat.
  6. Favorite: KVD Sexy Splash Jr. ..... Clear Water Minnow Most Productive: Keitech Swing Impact Fat 3-3/4" ..... Electric Blue and Chartreuse
  7. From a boat ..... All the water is available. From a boat ..... All the fish are available. From a boat ..... All techniques come into play. Your ability to handle a line and lure makes no difference if you stand on land or in a boat.
  8. I agree totally A-Jay. It puts a big smile on my face when I have a good day (doesn't have to be great) catching quality smallies in the heat of summer. To me, this is the hardest part of bass fishing.
  9. This is the part that can make my head hurt at times.
  10. Repeat after me: " Yes my dear, ALL this tackle and gear is necessary! "
  11. WOW! Congrats ..... An absolute beauty. Great job landing it.
  12. I am pretty happy with my 7'3" MH Crucial ... Love the balance.
  13. Blue Fox - Vibrax ...... Size 3 and 4 for Smallies.
  14. A high quality ball bearing swivel attached to an In-Line Spinner .... Blue Fox
  15. This is an important point A-Jay is making. And yes, even orange as the primary color will at times, get the job done .....
  16. Had to look that one up .....
  17. I use Maxima Chameleon Leader Line ..... I am dealing with Pickerel though.
  18. Split Tail Slug-Go
  19. On Spinning or Casting Reels?
  20. No snap swivels unless I throw an In-Line Spinner. I will use a barrel swivel 12"-24" up the line for a little added weight and line twist prevention on a few soft plastic techniques.
