I'm gonna be using a Daiwa tatula 7.3 to 1 with 20lb abrazX line for flipping and pitching. My question is can I get away with using a 7'3" No8 blackout in MH fast action? I like the *** because of the price point but curious if the rods gonna be too light? 3/8 oz will be most common texas rig/ jig I'll use.
If that isn't good what do you suggest?
Thanks for the help much appreciated
with braid line and using it in clear water do I need a fluro leader? I just have no confidence in tying a leader on the only knot i know is the Alberto and I really have no confidence in the knot holding.
If you had to use one line for pitching and flipping what would it be and what pound line? Reason I ask is I only have really one rod dedicated to pitching/flipping and I dont know what to get on it.
Thanks!
Hey all, just bought a Daiwa Tatula gonna put it on a MH 7'3" ***. I'm gonna use this rod often for spinners, cranks, swim jigs, jigs, Texas rigs. What all purpose line would be best I'm thinking 30# power pro. Any suggestions welcome.
Thank you
I'm new to swim jigs I live in minnesota. What brand, size, color do you guys suggest to get? Also what trailers should I be looking at to get to add to these jigs.
Thanks much!
