That's what I was expecting to hear. Thanks for the heads up. I've always wanted to fish Alpine though. Found it on google earth and I've wanted to go ever since.
Good deal. Here's the newest on Bassmaster too. Not sure how much help it will be, just figured I'd share with you.

On days with heavy rain, I usually target creeks and coves by the major highways (I dont know if this suits your conditions) as these usually have drainage that leads to the lake at some point. From there I'll target the rushing water from the drainage and fish the heck out of it. I usually do my best on plastic craws (paca and chigger craws) and jigs, but almost everything has caught me fish at one point or another.
Amen Amen Amen, give this gentlemen the Hand's Up,and thank you for reading between the line's.
I don't think that a helicopter lure or pop zit,pop worm are considered a swim bait.
What he's getting at is that they're gimmick lures...
Rough stuff man, I feel your pain. You're not safe from jigs either! Lost one that looked a round 7 (+/-) in a tournament on a jig, ended up taking 2nd place, 3 pounds behind the leader. Just keep your head up and line out!
