I live right by there go to turkeyfoot and from there you can easily reach both I catch them fishing around docks on turkeyfoot and the west.
This year I actually caught a 5.09 in the canals going to the west. Its the one in my profile pic.
I have been looking at electronics recently since I got a bass boat. I want one with gps, side imaging, down imaging, but I want it to be below $700. Can you help me?
What's the point if your gonna eat bass eat walleye and panfish not the fish we would all like to catch and have fun out on the water with. #catchandrelease
7 foot MH for sure if you are going all around. I used 6 foot 6 inch, but casts don't go as far and I think it depends on how tall you are. I'm only 5 feet tall and I still like the 7.

I have a 2008 175 pro team bass boat and it runs great, but look around both of them to make your mind up. One of the main things is how wide it is and the deck space, these are two big factors. Also look at the storage on it if you have lots of tackle.
Any shimano reel above $100 and with a 7 foot MHF rod I like the St. Croix mojo bass, but if that's out of your price range look at the Abu Garcia vendetta.
