  1. Can anyone recommend a hard plastic jerk/twitch bait that stays in the 1-2 ft zone? I fish a lot of shallow water with weeds on the bottom and would like to stay out of the weeds. Thanks for any advice
  2. Don't even the smallest zip ties take up too much room?
  3. Have some older spinnerbaits where the rubber bands holding the skirts on aren't going to work much longer and need replacement. Anyone know where I can get rubber bands that size or a quick replacement device like on the Terminator baits?
  4. I know these are characteristics of flouro but I need something that doesn't sink as fast. I need it for shallow crankbaits
  5. Looking for a low stretch and low memory monofilament... And recommendations?
  6. Scott, we can't fish from May1 thought the first Saturday in June. I just figured same area when looking to bed
  7. Normally Southshore Nassau county (Massapequa and Wantagh). Every now and then, I go out to middle island. I've always used 5" senkos but I'm trying to use more things.
  8. Am I missing anything?
  9. I fish Long Island, NY, and wanted to know what are some must have baits for this time of year?
  10. Looking for two new baitcasters. One in a 5. and one in a 7. speed. I really prefer not to spend more than $150. Mostly going to be used for hard plastics/spinners. What would you recommend for that price point?
  11. If you like the Daiwa Tatula, why do you own so many Shimanos? I ask about the BPS reels because I'm looking for two new reels and have a price point of about $150. Maybe a better question would be "what is the best bang for the buck under $150?" Never knew I'd receive so many replies??
  12. Has anyone ever used any Bass Pro Shops baitcasting reels and if so, how do the compare to the named brand competitors? Looking to replace some 20yo Quantums.
