  1. anything YUM is cheap and sucks though, Best bet is zoom finesse, z crawler or shaky head worm. Everyone is different so keep trying until whatever works best for YOU though.
  2. talked to 2 lawyers that deal with town zoning issues and they both said that theres nothing they can do as its in a residential district and the laws are the laws.BS that u pay taxes to live in a nice town and they tell you what you can and cant have. I am gonna have to most likely join a yacht club nearby because i have looked everywhere to find some kind of boat storage with no luck.
  3. So after speaking with a town lawyer they are telling me i need the boat and trailer off the property. What a joke right? I am gonna have to join a boat club since there is no storage for my boat within 30 mins. Unreal.
  4. Aint that the truth...my thoughts exactly....Massachusetts is such a joke. I am weighing all options...asked a civil lawyer to look into it, calling about storage and even contemplating a boat club 10 mins from my house. Merica - Home of the free....right!!
  5. Thanks for the info...i have contacted a few civil lawyers who think i can get an exception.Aside from that i am looking into boat storage facilities and boat/yacht clubs nearby.
  6. tried about 10 in my area none have any that will fit the boat. I actually did and was given misinformation by the guy from my town that came to my house to inspect the property for the fence installation.I redid my patio as well because i was told i could keep a boat behind the fence on the patio as long as it is not visible.Apparently i cannot so now i am left with finding another option. What state do u live in. Did you have to get an exemption to keep it on the side of your house? How big is the garage that u keep it in and around how much monthly? My only other option is joining a boat club and paying a shitload of fees to either trailer the boat or keep it on a slip.
  7. So i bought a brand new 16 bass cat and i was planning on storing it on the side of my house on the new patio behind my fenced in yard.Fence isnt done yet so i have had it in my driveway for a week,Some dickbag neighbor complained that it was in my driveway and now i get a letter from the town saying it cant be stored anywhere on my property unless its in the garage because it is a violation of the zoning laws. I can understand that people might have a problem with a boat in a driveway but i cant have it on the side of my house? I don't understand kinda crap is that? Now im searching for places to store it and cant find a d**n thing. All the marinas and yacht clubs are full or on waiting lists.Im beyond ticked. Anyone else ever have this problem? Any ideas what i could do. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
  8. I couldnt tell you for sure by name but if theres a small brick building and a gate with a chain fence u have to walk over then ya.
  9. That place sucks.Such a waste of time. I dont know where the southern end is but i usually bike in there with buddies and fish off the rocks by the DPW brick building.Went out there today using nothing but black worms and lipless crankbaits....we caught 6 Bass and 3 Smallies in about an hour.Try that spot if you can find it, its the only small brick building about the size of a garage.Place is deep so use a bullet weight to get down.
  10. trolling motors and only 9.9 hp on the pond, tons of action in the far left cove for bass.Pike are all along the reeds on the left side after the island. Spinners and buzzbaits and t rigged worms = killer on this pond. good luck.
  11. Went out today for 2 hours at spy pond in arlington. Caught 2 largemouth and 3 pike..was a little cold out...sunday and monday look like good days to fish with the temps in 60s and 70s.
  12. He's right on...The Charles is awesome...always catch biggies in there....Im out there every day i can be after May 1st. Maybe I'll see ya on the water one of these days...Tight Lines
  13. i fished fairhaven bay 2 times last year with my buddy....probly was out for 6 hours each day and pulled in so many bass and pike it was crazy...almost every other cast was a fish...this was in late summer. Theres fish in there for sure.
  14. i ended up getting a garmin stryker sv 7 inch for console and a garmin echomap 94sv 9 inch up front.
  15. Thanks for all the help guys going with the Ranger 178c with a 75 yammy and all upgrades(Trailer,Stainless steel prop,70mk,vinyl flooring, auto bilge, seats) for 20,240.I was told i can change the fishfinders when i go in on thursday before i sign papers.I know I want one in console and one up front.Any thoughts on what a good setup would be.Favorite brands ?
