  4. I recently purchased a Dobyns Fury 704 for jigs, worms, pitching flipping, frogging etc. I also just purchased a Huddleston 68 Special and a savage gear small gill. Will the 704 be heavy enough for me to throw the Hudd or any other smaller swimbaits? (hudd gill for example) Please shed some light on this topic and also please suggest a reel to pair the rod with or a heavier rod if you see fit. As a person new to the swim bait game I am not completely sure what I'm doing.
  5. I ordered a fury 734 so I could save money for an E6x

  7. I am trying to build up a decent rod arsenal of higher quality rods I Just picked up a st croix mojo bass jerk bait rod I use it for mostly everything but I think it's too light for heavier jigs, crank baits and chatter baits/ spinner baits I'm looking for a rod under $150 any suggestions on brands models or specs? (Right now I'm leaning toward the st croix mojo bass or dobyns fury I'm just not sure on the specs)
  8. I was recently fishing on a local lake using GYCB senkos, we were catching tons of fish but we were going through a senko per fish, then I got out the bps stik-o they didn't fall as slow but they had the same action and they were more durable than senkos, (on a side note bps brand is also much cheaper) I am considering making the switch to bps brand. No hate meant toward GYCB just exploring my options
  9. Hey guys I recently got my first job and I have earned about $150 so, far I'm looking for a good senko, fluke, dropshot, and walleye slip bobber trolling rod please drop any suggestions below (right now I'm leaning toward a st croix mojo bass)
