  1. It would take a week and wear out a diamond tip pair of split ring pliers!
  2. 14.1 lbs, 28" long, 22 inch girth, Caught in Georgia, Feb 1998 Grape Shad 10" culprit and is still my PB.
  3. Anyone using these? Largest you can get is a 2/0. Wish they came larger as my first two bites with this rig resulted in a missed fish as the gap is not deep enough for a stick bait. They are however great with a Zoom trick worm which are much thinner either Wacky or Necko. Almost totally prevents line twist on spinning gear for me so far.
  4. Based on what I know of the situation, which is just what I have read and listened to from podcasts, and although being in violation of the way this rule reads, I just do not think that was the "intent" of said rule. https://www.facebook.com/reel/935705555310265

    Sad Day's

They depend on us for food, water, shelter, attention, and general caring and in return they give you unconditional loyalty. Then comes the day when you must do the terribly hard thing. Yesterday afternoon my wife and I said goodbye to our old, extremely loyal friend of 13 years. He was loved and will be greatly missed by our friends neighbors and mostly us. And today is not much differant as we are packing up his things to donate.
  23. Sorry, Fella's and Gals, I never saw the date. Will reference next time.
  24. @islandbass " If you call yourself a hardcore bass angler, then you know that California is known for producing some monstrous Largemouth Bass. While some anglers fish for fun, others spend countless hours and money chasing that one fish. Some are after a personal best, others, a world record. Greg Springer of Visa, Calif., caught and released a 16.3-pound monster bass on Lake Wohlford near Escondido on Friday, Feb. 26, 2016. This monster California bass was caught on a 3:16 Lure Company glide bait and was caught from shore! After encountering this massive bass a couple days prior, Springer was determined to land it, so he headed to the spot. Making a cast into some glass-like water conditions, the huge bass actually came up and swiped at his bait. Knowing that she probably got a good look at his swimbait and line because of the calm, clear conditions, Springer backed off and moved on down the bank. When I saw the wind come up in that area, I went back over there and she crushed it on the first cast,"said Springer. The monster California bass is Lake Wohlford's biggest bass in fifteen years. The lake record stands at 19 lb. 3 oz., caught in February of 1986 by Steve Beasley. "
