Bob, you don't need one.
We have had them at the store for a while and every one of them is still there.
Traditional rangefinders are more than adequate, especially if you are stand hunting. Even if you are not, knowing the distance by vision alone (through practice and repetition) will save you time over both of them.
As far as the unit goes, I mean, it's a Leupold. Quality is not an issue, but the pros don't outweigh the cons on this one.
