  1. LOL, nice.
  2. I wouldn't say it won't work, the rules of bass fishing are very flexible. That being said, with those water temps? It would be a fluking day for me. You can work it like a topwater and also let is settle into the weeds if you like.
  3. Those are like an ocean to some of the places I have fished. Got a local one here, trolling motor only, on a 201 acre lake. I've seen 40 boats in one T before. Nuts.
  4. How many boats were in it last year? Those are not very big lakes. LOL
  5. Swimbaits. Make ya poor REAL quick. LOL
  6. http://www.wellsborotackleshack.com/tackleshackopen Found this. Sounds like a good time, looking up the lakes right now.
  7. No doubt. That sounds intriguing.
  8. I fish both as well. Guess I'm a fence sitter. I even have a 300HL Lexa on one of my big bait rods. LOL Never tried the Pinnacle reels, but the rods I have handled have been well crafted and were very sensitive especially at their price point.
  9. Return of the Jedi shirt? What are you, six? LOL
  10. Zoom Magnum shakey, Green Pump w/ tail dipped in red or chartreuse JJ's
  11. You're exactly right. That's what I mean! LOL
  12. I like the original. Been using it for a LONG time.
  13. A fluke is about the best skipping bait I have ever used. If they are up shallow in overhanging vegetation or trees, I'll have a fluke tied on.
  14. Got a T there next Saturday, 3/23 PM me your phone number and I'll text you if I find anything worth relaying.
  15. Come fish a T in PA some time. LOL Remember the Classic in Pittsburgh a while back?
  16. Keeper: jig or a fluke in shallow wood. Money. Kicker: jig on deeper brush piles or the swimbait. Go big or go home.
  17. What's the one between the slammers and Bullshads? Also, the chartreuse one in the lower right below the Matts BG bait?
  18. Just wondering if there is still ice anywhere on the lake and if anyone has a water temp other than "cold" LOL.
  19. I'm with Francho on the trophy designation but I won't be happy until I stick a DD in Pennsylvania. Watch.
  20. Suppressed? Fun!
  21. I'm down brother. Always wanted to fish Texas.
  22. I fish lakes that range from 60 to 8600 acres that receive ZERO fingerling stockings. Still no effect fishing/catching spawning bass. Even if you are fishing the first dropoff, I guarantee you are still catching spawning fish that you can't see (depending on water temp of course). I know it's not on your side but there is another response. LOL
  23. Of all the bedding bass you see, TRUST ME there are even more and bigger fish that never have a boat hovering over them.
  24. When I throw an A-rig, it's with a custom 8' Loomis BB rod (Thanks Ronnie!) and a Revo STX with 65lb braid.
