Your Wagtail isnt ruined, I hope you didnt throw it away. Boil some water and hold that bait in there, up to the eyes, for a minute or so. Then submerse the bait in cool tap water and the plastic should correct itself. For your box situation, go to Tackle Warehouse and look for Markey's swimbait boxes. Cheapest option for you. There are some specialty boxes (typically designed for musky fishing) that will cost you an arm and a leg, but are worth it if you have the baits to fill them.

The handle might be a little long for flipping with some of the rods, but I believe you could get away with heavy carolina rigging and other applications. Great rod for heavier stuff.

He has too much experience in big fights. Lesnar is a freaking beast and amazing athlete, but being that big I cant see him having the cardio to go 5 hard rounds with Randy. I have that exact same rod. If you are throwing swimbaits with it, you will definitely like it. 6" Huds, 3:16 Baby Wake and 9" Slammers have all been tossed on this rod, no issues whatsoever. Enjoy.

Russ, have you ever considered a hard plastic or Lexan tail? Remember the 3:16 bait? Makes a "clacking" sound...just a suggestion. Still thinking about your soft tail issue...

What do you want to be different about the tail? PM or call is fine...
