I have a Lowrance X51 depth finder that just went out on me after 4years. Before buying a new one, I was wondering if there could be an electrical problem. I'm able to turn the device on, but the screen does not display. Even the back light will come on for a little bit then turn off. The sound seems to work when I press the buttons, but the screen still does not turn on. I've checked the fuse and it's still good. I've never had any problems with it and have never dropped it. I'm just curious if there is something that I overlooked, any suggestions?

I have used the offset pedestal seat for three years and I love it. You'll quickly adjust to and enjoy a seat that allows you to move easily while seated. (I bet that's why Bill Dance likes it) The greatest advantage of this type of pedestal is that by seating a fisherman 4-6 inches farther back, there is much more room at the bow to stand, put gear, and that huge trolling motor foot control isn't so much in the way. Can anyone help me? I have have a 2004 60 HP Mercury (not Big Foot) 4 stroke with a bad voltage regulator. My local repair guy told me that part is on a national back order list. I have tried to find one on-line but no one seems to have this part. Does anyone know where I might try to get one. Mercury part No. 893640T01 I really need this part!
