  1. I picked up a couple in black and blue and pong scum. So far I have had some decent luck with them in some creeks and rivers for smallies. Where I would typically be throwing a ned rig, I will implement the shroomz finesse rig here and there. I recommend adding a trailer of some sort. I will use a zoom tiny chunk trailer and that seems to seal the deal. I would also recommend checking out the zman finesse tubes. I have become a fan of those as well.
  2. Mend it looks to be the best option for my applications. I appreciate you guys.
  3. Heading to the store soon and I was wondering if one glue worked better then another when repairing soft plastics. Thanks in advance for any and all recommendations.
  4. I owned a Megabass S crank for about 3 minutes once....
  5. I have come to love the wacky rig. Throw on some JJ's Magic and it is Lethal.
  6. I have to disagree with this. I have used some $5 gas station glasses on a last minute whim and I've owned some higher end Costa's and Oakley's. I can tell a very notable difference in the higher end glasses and the "dollar store glasses" mentioned above. I do agree with you to an extent, I believe that a large portion of that $200 price tag is for the bran and the logo, but all polarized lenses are certainly not the same.
  7. I'm not exactly sure what they cost, but for the sake of conversation...lets say they cost $10. I would recommend taking that $10 bill and wading it into the smallest ball you possibly can. Take this balled up $10 and throw it in the lake/pond/river wherever you are fishing in the general direction of where you want to attract the fish. Without a doubt, this method has about the same effect as the above mentioned "bait ball", AND it saves you a trip from the store!
  8. In my opinion, the reaction innovation lure names crack me up. Sweet beaver and baby momma
  9. Costa Hamlin 580G Green Lens
  10. Much Obliged Sir.
  11. Anyone wanna point be into the direction of a nice sharpener?
  12. I've had good luck with the new rage swimmer. Slightly cheaper and very similar in quality.
  13. I use the drop sot quite a bit actually. From land and also from the Yack. I vary my drop length anywhere from 12" to 36" depending on the situation. One of my most productive drop shot baits at the moment is the reins bubbling shaker. That thing is deadly. I use a Loomis E6x DSR paired with an abu garcia revo STX. One fun way to get fish in the boat.
