  1. 3 of each color and type
  2. Interesting! You use the full size Rage Craw? On what size hook? Do you just nose hook it? I bought a few packs of these last year based on all the positive feedback but yet to catch a fish. Tell me how you rig them? Spinning or casting gear?
  3. I played around with it a bit last year prior to the catch and keep season starting but I didn't have the confidence to use it during the tournament season. Last weekend I hooked one up and filled the jacuzzi tub. It was very helpful to see the action of the bait. I would stick with your shakey head in rocky bottoms but like mentioned above in soft bottoms or slight weeds that Neko rig should shine. I'm anxious to give it another shot. I don't think it will change your wacky approaches at all.
  4. How does the Sexy dawg compare to a LC Sammy? I see they are 1/3rd the price and I hear they are a bit easier to walk the dog.
  5. Thanks for help with the name. Whatever they are called their product is good.
  6. Check out original manufacturer bass store on Facebook for tungsten weights. They are very reasonably priced. The even have the weights stamped on the weight. Regarding your question it depends what your bottom content is like the cylinder shaped weights are supposed to be better at getting hung up less than the tear drop weights. I just ordered 15 3/16 weights. $12.80 including shipping from Japan.
  7. What size are you using for senkos? 1/8?
  8. I just picked up the 130 size in Loon color today. What weather conditions and lake conditions do you like to throw this size bait? Also it sounds like it would be best suited to fish on braid since it's not a walking lure or popper you wouldn't want any stretch in the line when a fish hits it.
  9. When I catch fish on a lipless on St Clair my dad always asks me if it was a Bayou Boogie. I think he still thinks it's 1984.
  10. I fish those on a 7' M/F version of a spinning rod. Out of your choices I would pick the 7'1" MOJO m/f
  11. Senkos by far. But if you think they are even to you I wouldn't spend the extra cash. Natural colors for clear lakes like greens, browns and smokes.
  12. Hula popper and jitterbugs for top water with the invention of Zara spooks and whopper ploopers lol
  13. I played with this rig in my lure testing tank ....bathtub...over the weekend and a 5" Reins Bubbling shaker looks killer! They also make a 7".
  14. Are you beefing your rods up to MH or H power rods? The heaviest spinning rod I own is a M.
  15. I got some good ones from the crafting store it's called Michaels out my way. I think they are for making jewelry. These are way better than the fishing ones that I bought before plus cheaper. http://www.michaels.com/10121254.html#q=Split+ring+remover&start=10
  16. I have 2 FH's and 2 FJ's they are great reels. I was never willing to spend the additional $50 - $75 on the CI4. FYI I've had my FH for nearly 15 years now still going strong.
  17. Tatty Ct. Part of the problem could be I was flipping in the basement with 8 foot ceilings. We have no high ceilings in my house and it was below zero this weekend here. I made it one attempt outside lol.
  18. Depends on the store but if you bring in your receipt they will give you the difference.
  19. I did. I had to cut two backlashes out yesterday
  20. I stink at flipping with my casting gear, it's constant backlashes. Maybe I don't have my reel settings optimized. Just curious are there many of you out there using your spinning gear for that purpose? I have always been much more accurate casting with spinning gear however I don't know if it's as easy to flip/pitch.
  21. Research the Xpeditor program they have. I replaced a broken IMX rod for $75. I want to say with your NRX rod you get one free replacement. I'm not sure if you need the original purchase receipts for that.
  22. How do you like to fish it?
  23. I think they're saying you can't fish
